Can't get music from my backpack into the sound bar

Ok, so I want to put a song in a project from another one.

I put the song in my backpack, and go to my project.

I drag it into the sound bar.

Nothing happens.

Am I doing something wrong? Please help me.

Those of you who hate RPGs, get out. Seriously. Respawning is punishable according to blaze law. We expect you to cower in fear over our power. Every morning, please recite the blaze pledge of fire. It is disrespectful to our origin.

No I don't make projects anymore. I left some time ago.
