I am teaching in a college of engineering and some of my students are thinking of an innovation project in Education. We think Scratch is a great option and would like to take it to the rural areas. We can do that by using Scratch on tablet that runs on Andorid. How can we do that?

before using scratch on a tablet android you have to install flashplayer
you have to modify security options and allow downloads and installation from different place than google play
it is necesssary to download apk file of flash player 11
