Oh, hello!

I plan on having “automatic” enrollment to be numerous applications filled out by USS members on behalf of shop owners for them to not worry about the application process. This doesn't require any unfair practices/advantages whatsoever, and the only reason why this has slowed and stopped is because you require an example of work, something that may become difficult for us to collect and provide (unless the shop owners themselves apply which is not the point of this benefit.)

If you don't welcome this practice, please be more specific to why.

It can be, but it'll require some tedious work (USS members, who might be hired, organize the forms and create them for the shops rather than the shops having to worry about doing so.)

People who represent the judicial department of the USS, who I refer to as the “cops” (but the moderators/watchers are also technically cops) of the federation. They have been appointed nearly a month ago but over the five months of the USS's history, they have not been called upon to decide upon a case, which I have done.

To become a justice, you must have TacoCatProuductions appoint you, which is up to him to choose why and why people cannot become justices (similar to the front page curator on the site.)

I am considering, as I previously suggested in the March 2017 reform post, a forum-based Wiki, which kind of acts as a Wikipedia-like archive of information based on the USS. It'll be a bit difficult to manage, but document the history of this great federation.

It actually is possible to do it automatically- I remember a couple month ago when jokebook service was still in charge of coding at Sigtons shop the were working on something that would use JavaScript to automatically take orders. We could modify this to automatically convert the applications into directory applications. We could then use a bot to cop them into the directory thread.

April 13, 2017 Activity Update
Bumps
I have completed some quick bumps to some inactive shops that needed them, using the following message:

Removals
Shops that were a bit too inactive have been placed on my list to be removed from this federation, but they are wide open to re-apply or merge with some of our current members. Sadly, with Perfection Graphics being possibly removed sometime soon, TacoCatProuduction's Magical Market will be the final, existing shop that was one of the first to join this federation back in October/November 2016.

The following shops on placement to be kicked are, without naming-and-shaming:

Perfection Graphics
Gentle Rain Coding Studio Will be ran by jromagnoli and QuantumSingularity (Source)

If you are on this list, and the leader/part of the head staff of the shop, then you may ask for it to be placed outside of this list, with a good reason, and maintain activity. Otherwise, sometime soon, the shop will be removed from our federation.

Swirl's Signatures has apparently closed, so thank you for being a member of our federation!

Expanded Benefits for Removed Shops
As for removal of shops, I am considering instead of just dropping them and leaving them to be inactive, we could influence their members, on their own profiles or included with their removal post, to join another shop in the USS, bring the shop back, or merge with another shop to maintain activity inside our federation.

Invitations
I am also currently running a search through the front pages of the Requests forum, searching for any good shops to personally invite to the USS. This is a task that the ambassadors should complete sometime soon, but for a little longer, I will complete myself.

Specialties
Shops that are wide open to any request, being good at all of them, previously were noted as “Specialty: N/A”, but now it will be noted as “Specialty: Any.”

Requirements
When applying, you must follow the thread, so you will be alerted of notifications much more efficiently.

Notification Service
I am planning on having a notification service that will have messages sent to individual profiles, which will improve the likeliness of demands being noticed within a desired amount of time. Users who do not want this can opt-out now before it's too late, or opt-out at any time during the program. I am considering watchers, ambassadors, or a new position to complete this task.

To-Do
The following is also needed from some shops, subsidiaries, and individuals. If you could complete the following tasks, you will most likely be notified about completing these tasks sometime soon:

Two representatives for Gobo Awards.
Two representatives for Scratch Banner Academy. Appointed MasterOfTheTiger.
One other representative for the Monthly Awards. Currently ran by a single person. (Source)

Specialty from Legend & 2538's Shop, could be now used as “Any.”

Hmm, right now I'm working on shop promotion and inter-shop request completions, but also messaging owners/representatives about them.

Shop promotion will allow your shop to gain more popularity, hopefully generating more orders for you to complete.

Inter-shop request completions allow your incomplete requests to be completed more efficiently by people outside of your shop but inside other shops under the USS.

It's fine for you to create another store, but you will have to re-submit it just like you did with your first one, however.
