Well, I'm a scratcher and I can't seem to find how to delete posts here.

There is no delete button. But you can close the topic by clicking the report button and saying something like “Close topic” as the reason.

Why not? There was one in 1.4.

I imagine they just haven't implemented one yet. I have a feeling that the project editor and sharing system was more important to the ST that the forums were, so they just haven't gotten to these small features yet.

If you REALLY want to delete a message just click edit and delete all the text or replace the text with and it will be pretty much gone.
