To be completely honest, there's not that much available for 1.11. The modding scene is mostly stuck on 1.10 for now. I don't know why; supposedly the update from 1.10 to 1.11 is super easy and it's even possible to make a .jar that runs on both versions. /shrug

That said, I am totally playing 1.11 right now My personal modpack is mainly focused around Quark, Psi, Botania, Blood Magic, Embers, Roots, Chisels and Bits, EvilCraft, and AbyssalCraft. They're mostly “magic” themed mods; the selection of 1.11 technology themed mods is really crappy.

If you're more into technology based mods you might enjoy sticking to 1.10, where there's lots of premade modpacks such as All the Mods and direwolf20. I've heard Nuts and Bolts: Torqued is a really interesting modpack with lots of tweaked recipes across mods, so you're forced to play all the mods at once.

Edit: Make sure to pick up ItemScroller by the way. Once you learn the ways of the scrollwheel you can never go back

Also, it's an extremely sketchy mod repost site. You're better off getting mods from somewhere like PlanetMinecraft.

Perhaps you can duplicate the save file, put it in another folder, and keep doing it every major addition? (You can keep the old versions in some sort of archive manner, but otherwise you can just delete older versions.)

Also it seems interesting. Would you be interested in sharing it with us in some way?

Yes! For a very long time, since 2014, I have been wanting to do multiplayer in it. But if I see a YouTube video of someone blowing up everything, I will be either mad or sad. How do you do it? I would also use this method to share my parkour map. However, to play FUN! or my parkour map, you would need to own Minecraft Windows 10 Edition, or Minecraft Pocket Edition.
