i can't upload my image from firealpaca

i looked up another discussion topic about this, but the answers i found there didn't help, i use a mac, so i'm not sure if that's the problem or something else.

I believe you have to upload your image to one of the supported image hosts found here on the Scratch Wiki, and then upload it to Scratch just like you would from FireAlpaca.

Alright, does it work? I suggest using CubeUpload, as that does not require logging in, and neither does it contain much advertisements. You do have to create an account to delete images.

Press “File -> Save As” and change the file type to a PNG file instead of an MDP:

MDP files are the type of file that FireAlpaca uses; they store image data, but not in the same way as a PNG, which is the type of file that Scratch uses.

Then you can import the image from your computer into the Scratch editor the way you would usually import an image:

i've tried doing that, it didn't work, it won't open up, i can try again, but i'm pretty sure it won't work. thanks anyway.

Using the [img] and [/img] tags with the link provided by the supported image host in between them.

[img]IMAGE LINK[/img]

Your goal is to get the image link from a supported site such as CubeUpload. Here's a step-by-step of CubeUpload.

1. Go to “cubeupload.com”, and this should appear.

2. Click “Select Images”. Then, put down any image.

3. Click “Start Upload”, and a link will appear.

4. Copy and paste the top link, and put it between the following tags:

Then, you're done!

Yes, I screenshotted pictures of CubeUpload, and then put them on CubeUpload.

I mentioned that you put it in between these tags:

[img] Put Link Here [/img]

Basically, you'll type that out, and post your link in between the two. Then, it should show up with an image upon posting. You can click the green checkmark while writing out a post to preview it to make sure that the image appears correctly.

In the discussion forums, hit Cmd+P, then past the url. Some bbcode should then insert, looking like:

 [img]i.cubeupload.com/Abc123[/img]
