3. Reset them

Keyboard
You can reset the keyboard by holding down the Shift and Option keys ('Alt') and at the same time click on the Bluetooth icon in the menu bar. Once the menu is showing, release the keys. From the Bluetooth menu, choose Debug > Remove All Devices. Reboot your Mac, then set up your keyboard and/or mouse as normal.

Mice
Turn on and off. Also, check your Bluetooth connection. Note that banging it on your knee is common (seriously).

5. As a last resort, contact Apple (on a different computer, of course)

Completely Frozen HP Chromebook
You might have been browsing the forums, or any website on your HP Chromebook and it suddenly freezes. What? You press the power button, and hold it down like usual but it doesn't turn off. WHAT?!?

Odds are it isn't a virus, it's just a constant glitch with the Chromebook. How do you solve this?

I faced the problem at school and the solution is simple; rather than holding down the power button for a moment and hoping for it to shut down, hold it down for eight seconds. Make sure it is those eight seconds, and the screen should shut off finally. When it turns on, it should be logged out and all Chrome tabs should have been closed.

Copying and Pasting
Ever want to type something long off of another online page but it takes such a long time? Here's a shortcut in 4 simple steps-

1. Select (highlight) all of the text that you want to copy.
2. Hold down “Ctrl” and press “C”.
3. Go to the textbox/place where you want to paste the text.
4. Hold down “Ctrl” and press “V”.
Your text will magically appear! Voila!

Closing programs easily
Sometimes, it gets annoying having to close all of your programs or browser tabs. Here is a shortcut:
