Are new scratchers affected by cloud variable changes?
Ok, say I'm on a project with a cloud variable, and a new scratcher is on too. The question is: does the cloud variable change for the new scratcher if I change it?

Are new scratchers affected by cloud variable changes?
I think that their project still runs with the data on the variable, but they cannot edit that data. That's just my thought, though, as I haven't tested it.
