Talents: She is very good with animals, plants, and other forms of nature. It seems she can almost understand what animals say. She is also a good writer.
Weaknesses: She is not good at preforming spells, mixing potions, or other forms of practical application. She can understand what needs to be done, she just has trouble doing it.

Backstory: Carolyn comes from a Muggle family. Before she came to Hogwarts, her parents wanted her to become a veterinarian because she's always been good with animals. When she was little, she wondered why she could understand what the animals said. Her older brother was not magical, and often ade fun of her for talking to plants and animals. When she got her letter, herparents almost wouldn't let her go, until the headmistress talked them into it. Carolyn only had one friend by the end of her first year, but she is more outgoing now.

Nope, I'm dead in this RP. They exist somewhere, but they'll probably be doing absolutely normal things and will have no communications with anyone. Well, at least that's how I visualise what happens to alive characters when someone leaves an RP

I don't see the talent? Also you need an equal or greater amount of weaknesses. Once your application is filled out properly your character may be on the quidditch team. Please refrain from quoting the first post, it's long and creates unecessary clutter.

Though Rinan isn't antisocial, and he's usually quite confident when communicating with others, he doesn't exactly go out of his way to make friends. His brother and his best friend are probably the only two people he'd ever put above himself, and otherwise he can be quite selfish.

He's not particularly wise or intellectual, but he's smart, quick-thinking and good at figuring things out. He's also good at coming up with snarky responses to things, which a lot of people find annoying. He's skilled at bluffing his way out of situations, and he can also be quite cunning and manipulative when he wants to be.

Although most school lessons don't really interest him, he gets very curious about some things. If he wants to know something, he's incredibly determined and stubborn and will stop at nothing to get the information he wants.

On the outside, he rarely takes things too seriously. He's playful and often jokes during serious situations. He's not particularly emotional, but keeps his emotions closely guarded. If he finds himself in an emotional situation, he automatically tries to joke about it or change the subject.

He's aromantic and asexual, and can't stand romance. It makes him uncomfortable if anyone even talks about it.

Appearance: Average height with brown scruffy hair and grey eyes. Usually has his hands in his pockets (holding his wand) and often looks a little bored, but is actually a lot more alert than people realise.

Talents: Quick-thinking, good hearing, excellent at finding loopholes and bluffing his way out of situations, has a particular talent for hexes
Weaknesses: Can sometimes be clumsy, doesn't deal with emotional situations very well, falls behind on many subjects because of his bad attention span, is quite fearful of big animals (though he'd never admit it)

Despite Rinan's efforts, he couldn't even find any record that they had ever existed, and even his own memories of them began to fade. A little while later, and old lady caught Rinan trying to steal from a shop, and once Rin had explained himself, she took in both him and his brother. The two of them moved in with her into a small cottage in the countryside. Ray adjusted very quickly, but Rin was very distrustful of her at first.

The woman is a witch, but rarely uses magic. She's friendly, but a little batty and forgetful. She usually just leaves the children to their own devices.

When Ray started going to Hogwarts, he met and befriended a second year called Rypan. Since then, during school breaks, Rin and Ray quite often go to stay with Rypan and his mother.

Personality: Observant, tolerant, surprisingly witty and smart when he actually decides to speak, fiercely loyal, used to being treated like an idiot, friendly but rarely mingles with kids outside his house (unless, of course, they are also avid fliers).

Appearance: 5'6" / tough and stocky / light-skinned / cropped dusty light brown hair / large, clear, dark brown eyes / wears reading glasses when his sight-spells don't work.

Backstory: Barrack's father, Arthur Alburne, works in the ministry in the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures. He grew up in a relatively secluded Alburne manner in the foothills with his mother, Liliana Halesworth Alburne. He learned to fly almost before he could walk, and it became his passion. He comes from a proud pureblood family with a history of Ravenclaws and Slytherins. He knows most of his classmates, but he only has a couple real friends. (His mother, his third cousin Lilac Anderson, and a Hufflepuff 5th year named Basil Gregory.)

Personality: Sharp-tongued, independent, absolutely terrifying when she's mad, a bit eccentric around friends, proud and almost snobby in public

Appearance: 5'5" / willowy and surprisingly strong / paper-white skinned / should-length-ish, slightly wavy ash blonde hair / startling silvery ice blue eyes / a large scar running over the back of her right hand from between the index and middle finger to the left side of her wrist.

Talents: dueling, quick retorts, charms, defense against the dark arts.
Weaknesses: flying (she's horribly scared of heights), astronomy.

Backstory: Lilac's father is a respected halfblood Auror and former Hufflepuff, Ralph Anderson. Her mother is a pureblood and former Slytherin from the Alburne family, Emilia Alburne Anderson. Lilac was raised in modest three story house in the countryside. Lilac and her third cousin Barrack Alburne have been best friends ever since they were small. Lilac has always been extremely protective of Barrack, which other people who don't know either of them very well often find funny.

Personality: Generous, a bit shy, restless, usually comes of as naive, hard to get close to, scared of conflict but an absolute wildcat when it comes to the important things.

Appearance: 5'5" / skinny and small for his age / fair skinned / short-ish, messy dark brown curls / big green eyes with darker flecks / thin, brown, square-rimmed glasses.

Talents: botany, defense against the dark arts, astronomy.
Weaknesses: crowds, potions, cute things (they're so distracting!)

Backstory: Basil grew up on a farm in the muggle countryside with his father and his dead mother's sister, Elaine Galesworth. His father was a muggle through and through, but he had his aunt to teach him about the magical world. By the time he went off to Hogwarts, Basil knew at least enough to not be considered a muggle by his fellow students (for the most part). He kept to himself for the first two years until he and Barrack Alburne became friends. Somehow or other, they've become very close; despite being wildly different, and despite Basil's being a Hufflepuff. Even Lilac Anderson sort of likes him.
