Hi, I am trying to create a game bu I want to use Pico's body but with an uploaded photo of a different head. Does anyone know if this is possible to do? If so, if anyone can tell me how to do it, that would be great.

I have a feeling it's going to be a really simple thing to do but I just can't figure it out lol!!

if put a pic of Pico and then put a different head on top, all in the same sprite, they will make pico with a changed head.

It's easy. Just do what ForeverStars said. Open Pico in the costume editor and then import the new head and drag it into the proper position.
