Glitching Scroller

This is my first scroller.
It worked fine before I edited it and added velocity.
But then, the second veolocity was added, Cat-astrophy!
It keeps glitching.

HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!

It makes finding glitches much easier.

Unfortunately, I'm running low on time here, so I cannot rummage through your scripts.

I did notice a bunch of disconnected Scratch blocks all over the place. :S
