Cloud Data not working? PLEASE HELP!

This is a project I made a long time ago, and to my knowledge, it used to work. But now when I refresh the page, it goes back to 0?

Can someone tell me what is wrong..?

Because I want to make a new project, similar to this, but if that project isn't working, I don't know how to?

Cloud variables are currently not working due to the server load. Most likely due to the Hour Of Code causing an influx of traffic.
