The ability to flip a segment of a sprite around. E.g. Like this:

I think this would help with designing in vector.

You can already do this; click on a shape in Vector, or in bitmap select a bunch of pixels, and in the top-right corner of the sprite editor you'll see “flip vertically” and “flip horizontally” buttons. They're the ones with a line in between two mirrored semi-circles.

I think that WaffleChuro meant flipping the pixels, which, because of how images are stored in vector, isn't possible, so you'd have to convert to bitmap. This is for much the same reason as vector erasers (item 24 of the list of rejected suggestions) are impossible.
