Just try a GIF online program to do make a .gif . I have my GIF and works fine.

Well, you just upload a .gif file as your profile picture. You can get one from the internet or make one yourself at websites like makegif or gifmaker. To make one, you just upload some pictures and choose how fast the pictures move. I hope that helped!

This is gonna seem really ridiculous, but for my animations, I use ABCya Animate. It's an extremely simple animation program meant for kids. I'd like to use Gimp or Pencil in the future, but as a 5th grader, my programs are limited. It works well for me, though, but has no airbrush, pen, or other tool. It only has pencil and paintbrush. But for simple ones, that's what I use. One good thing, though, is it lets you automatically convert it to a .gif to save on your computer!

If you want a moving profile picture ( Gif ):
1. you need to find some pictures of what you need to make like kitty lick ( you can get them on Google images) then save them.
2. then go to Gif maker.me.com and click on the upload images button and it takes you to files. Click on the pictures you want.
3.Once you've finished your photos will show on a little screen on the right. Beneath there will be a animation speed slide. If you drag it to the left it will go faster if you drag it to the right it will go slower.
4. after that ( if you've finished ) Click on create now.
5. Then click on download the Gif image now.
6.go to your profile on scratch and click change.
7.Find your Gif somewhere in your files ( it will be in downloads).
