Credit is when you acknowledge the people who did things in your project! Like, If i helped you with a sprite crediting me would involve putting my name in the description. It applies to any user.

Imagine I make something for you. You like it, so you use it. Giving credit is saying that I made it.

Credit is when someone does something that is in your project and you tell everyone who it was. Also, please don't emojispam.

Giving credit is when you thank someone for something. If you had trouble with some scripting in your project, and I helped you sort it out and fix the code, you would put in the Notes and Credits section of your project description (on the project page) like this:

This is letting people know that someone helped you, and thanking and acknowledging that person for their help.
