Reporting Response Time

I once reported a project because it was a copy of my project. It took days before the Scratch Team ever got to the project and removed it.

I also once reported a forum topic as a duplicate. It took only hours before it was closed silently.

So now, my question is this:
Why did it take days for the Scratch Team to get to the project I reported and only hours for a forum post?

College student studying Communication and Fire Technology, communication lab tutor, guitar and piano player, perfectionist, and just some guy who regularly eats and trains physically to stay healthy.

Probably because they are such a small team for a site that is becoming very large. And they probably can't just get tons of workers because they rely on donations. (Why we need mods)
