is not working.

Scratch primarily reads music files using a .wav format. Yes, mp3s will work, but it will take longer to upload. Use a 3rd party program to create a .wav file from a .mp3 file.

Are you sure it isn't working? http://www.youtube-mp3.org seems to work as normal.

its just that when i try downloading a song, it says there is maintenance going on

That's strange. I use Mac too, but I haven't gotten any issues recently.

The Online Video Converter link seems to not support YouTube videos, and the YouTube converter seems to be undergoing maintenance. I would suggest to just wait at the moment.

the one i use seems reliable enough. haven't gotten any viruses yet.
