No, the REAL imagining goes into your projects. You already can imagine. You already can program. You already can share. Why do you need another function for something that you can already do? Profiles aren't supposed to be programmed. They're supposed to help you FIND programs. The goal of scratch is to imagine, program, and share. Imagining your own profile and sharing it with others is part of their goal.Actually, change to no support at all. The reason being is- why do we need this? Is this really something that we need? Is this worth the ST's time? Is it something that will help us meet the design goals of Scratch?…but not necessarily a good reason. Semi-support, how useful would this be? If the ST didn't add it, there must be a reason.

No support as this:
I don't see how it will encourage creativity or even imagination, if it's just drag and drop interface with some options and editable text. There's not that much possibility anyway- and if it does encourage creativity, so does the current interface. “Fun”? Not fun for me. I do not find it amusing when after this is implemented, people will spend hours customizing it. This, is also, not the social thing I despise- social media. Scratch is not supposed be a social media, and if it is already going towards it, we shouldn't need to encourage it.
Why was the Scratch website shared in the first place? To allow users to share projects, give meaningful feedbacks, collaborate, help each other learn, and discover meaningful ideas.

No support. This would be confusing to young children (5-6yrs) and note I said young children, not new Scratchers.
