You know how people can remix projects and they get the credit thing below? Well, this user wants to be able to do that on their own project.

I see your idea since it's no doubt something I've wanted, however, I would like to know a few more specifics of how exactly would this work:

-Would you credit yourself?
-Would it appear as a regular remix?
-Is it simply a method to copy a project?

@MathlyCat I only specified one reason, how can it contradict itself If you meant that my post was, too, unconstructive, it actually way, because it was going to prevent nonconstructiveness in future.

I see how self-remixing can be useful; currently this is to allow users (and the creator – simply linking in the description wouldn't work for the creator since the links won't be actual interactive links) to see previous versions of a project/the development of a project in the remix tree. This addition would just allow what is currently a glitch to be more accessible to new Scratchers.

Makes sense, if you want multiple versions of one game; but why would you give credit to yourself? (Which I do anyway )
