You can make all of these or they all exist. Just stick a boolean in a say block, use the 
turn ccw () degrees // and
when green flag clicked
blocks.

Sorry, but these blocks are just renditioned versions of the following:
when green flag clicked
turn ccw (99) degrees
say []
If you are suggesting a <> format for these blocks, I do not support. But nice suggestions!
