[Very little spoilers (cept for End of Time) present for Doctor Who. We will ONLY be talking about up to Season 6. And very little plot spoilers, just little things. However, it is advised you watch The End of Time pt. 2 I don't want to see any mentions or hints about season 7, as it isn't in this spoiler warning.

For MLP, this takes place after season 3. So be advised.)

The Basic Plot: What if at the End of Time, the Doctor regnirated into a different animal? After his battle with the Master and Gallifrey almost returning, the Doctor went inside the TARDIS. He said his good byes to his close friends. He even met Rose and told her this year (2007, when she begins her travels with the Doctor) will be “a great year.” He enters the TARDIS to regnerate. She realizes how sad he is when he says, “I don't want to go.”

While the TARDIS knew he still had to change, she also knew how to make him happy. She almosts destroys herself to move across Universes, during the Doctor's regeneration process. This sudden travel between universes and the Doctor's regeneration almosts destroys her. It was only possible because of the 4th Wall (and Universe Wall) Breaker, Pinkie Pie.

The pink pony is yelling “Mad ponies with blue boxes alway break the wall! Infact, it's about to right now! I saw the Animation Script.” This break in the 4th wall provides a gap.

The TARDIS breaks through the Librarie's wall (the mane six are in there). The ponies are confused, and suddenly the doors open, revealing the 11th Doctor. As a stallion.

It then follows there adventures. For instance, Discord returns and somehow was able to bring Daleks too, due to his chaos powers he can do alot of that. He also manages to bring a ponified Rose into Equestria. He and his new companion Pinkie Pie have to save her.

Pinkie Pie (She will awkwardly get a crush on him, which will annoy Rose)
Rose (She's back! My OTP, the Doctor and Rose, unite as ponies! )

This sounds very interesting. It is my opinion that you have a nice idea here, but you need to finalize your plot more. I'm interested in helping. I'm a huge fan of My Little Pony and just started getting into Doctor Who. However, I think you need to finalize more before I choose to join you. I would like to see an example of your work first.

Seems interesting but you have to do it before season 6 of doctor who. The End of Time is the end of season 5. Also you're going to have to explain how the doctor gets an extra regeneration otherwise he would have to die instead of becoming Matt Smith.
