We have a ranking system where you can get promoted. You start ranked as trainee, then C1boss will promote you to Junior Manager when he thinks you are ready. It will take at least a week to “escape” Trainee status. From there, you must complete requests to earn ranking points. You earn somewhat from 2-4 points for every job well done. Storm, and sometimes Polaris10, will keep track of your points.

The point system is as follows:
0-30 points: Junior Manager
31-60 points: Assistant Manager
61-100 points: Manager
100-150 points: Assistant Director
150-300 points: Director
300+ points: Vice President
