change [blur v] effect by (25) ::looks

Though now that I think about it there are a few little know workarounds.

What do you mean? The pixelate? That isn't exactly a legitimate “blur”. Like if you moved a camera around a lot and took a picture, it would be a blur, not a bunch of squares.

I know what blur is I'm not a derp (not quite)

I support this idea, it's very good, but I don't support it at the same time.

The blur effect would be useful for transitions in projects, but it might make the project lag.

Great point. Some people may have problems if it is put in, but it would be a big help.
