Up at the top of the screen, there is a gray bar. There, you will see small white buttons. Click the one to the left that looks like a stamp. Then click on the thing you would like to duplicate! Hope this helped.

Go to the project editor. (You can go there by clicking the “Create” button at the top of this page) and follow what @ELevell said. There is another way. Right click the sprite/costume and there will be three options (Delete, Duplicate, and Save to Local File). Click the duplicate button. Hope this helped
