Well, if it's a language that you've created with it's own new grammar rules and vocabulary. No one should be able to decipher it without larger amounts of text or some type of yourlang-english dictionary.
EDIT: But it's not, it's a cipher or code. A language has it's own new grammar etc.

Once again, I have a language:

The alphabet is:

A
B
D
F
G
H
I
K
L
M
N
O
P
S
T
U
V
X
J
Z

The “í” has been removed and now will be represented with an apostrophe instead of the i

Gets rid of the useless letters (C, Q, and W)

U is pronounced OO

I said the railway said no

D'as = The
D'ast = That
Ius = I/me
Vi'd = Said
Vi' = Say
Ja (german for Yes, = Yes (pronounced Ya)
N'in (german for No) = No (pronounced Nein)
J'in = Maybe (pronounced Yein)
Bu'n = Hello (Spanish for Good)
Ost'n = East
Ost'n' (pronounced Osteny) = Eastern
V'st (pronounced Vest) = West
V'st' (Pronounced vesty) = Western
Nord'n = North
Nord'n' = Northern
Sud = South
Sud' = Southern
í'sínbahn = Railway

Numbers:

Ain = 0
In = 1
Bin = 2
Tin = 3
Pin = 4
Kin = 5
Sin = 6
Xin = 7
Oin = 8
Nin = 9
Jin = 10 (Yin)

Jin In = 11
and so on

Í'n = 100

I made up a language called Codespeak based on the numbers 1, 3, 5, 7 And 9.

A: 1
B: 15
C: 97
D: 31
E: 77
F: 91
G: 71
H: 7
I: 335
J: 197
K: 53
L: 3
M: 555

Q: 5
R: 9
S: 3195
T: 319
U: 9773
V: 1113
W: 553
X: 97
Y: 835
Z: 9999

For example:

My language called Elanguag:

Basically, just move every letter to the right in a word, and if it's the last letter, you put it at the start. If the word starts with 2 consonants just put an apostrophe. ( Any consonant followed by L, R, W or Y and ST are exceptions)

Also, exclamation marks, full stops and question marks go at the start of a sentence

Examples:

Hello - ohell
Goodbye - egoodby
My name is - Ym enam si

Names such as Donald Trump, Bob et cetera are the same

Sentences: (Try and figure these out)

.I swa g'playin l'footbal ni ym k'bac dyar yyesterda
.I dwatche n'televisio lal Y'sunda
!Ttha staste g'disgustin
?Ywh ear ew g'doin sthi yanywa

Not mine but if you take each letter and go three letters back, you get my language. This is the code used to decrypt the messages at the beginning of Gravity Falls Episodes.

A=X
B=Y
C=Z
D=A
E=B
F=C
G= D
H=E
I=F
and so on.
You can also take letters and convert them to their corresponding number in the alphabet
A is the 1st letter in the alphabet, so it would be 1. M is the 13th letter in the alphabet, so it is 13. You can do this with any language with an alphabet.

A very challenging language that takes some thinking to speak. English without t's. In order to speak you have to know a lot of synonyms, and be able to consciously think about not using t's. With enough time you will learn which words with t's you use the most, and will be able to substitute them without thinking.

Another fun challenge is instead of using left and right, use cardinal directions, North South East and West. This might seem impossible, but with some basic information, you should be able find out very quickly. Certain languages actually do this, and their brains can just comprehend it without thinking about it every time.

Creating a language can prove to be incredibly difficult. Considering there's thousands upon thousands of words to create, it will take a lot of time and patience, unless you, for whatever reason, consider a bunch of random characters (e.g.: odijgeruhb) to be a word. Another problem of course is getting it to catch on; you could spend forever working on a language, only for it to be forgotten about.

Personally, I had an idea for a language that is made entirely out of prefixes and suffixes. I haven't really thought about it much, however.

ex

ja — agree; agreement (from Middle English yes)
na — disagree; disagreement [from Lation non)

So a word beginning with ‘ja’ would mean that it is in agreement with something; ‘ja’ by itself would simply mean ‘yes’. Similarly, a word beginning with ‘na’ would is in disagreement, with ‘na’ by itself meaning ‘no’.

si — one (from Latin singulus)
bi — two (from Latin bini)
te — three (from Latin terni)
qu — four (from Latin quaterni)
pe — five (from Greek penta)
he — six (from Greek hexa)
se — seven (from Latin septem)
oc — eight (from Greek okta)
no — nine (from Latin nonus)
de — ten (from Greek deka)

Digits join together for higher numbers (e.g.: quse = 47)

as — up (from Latin ascendit)
de — down (from Latin descendit)
re — left (from Latin reliquit)
ju — right (from Latin jus)

That's all I have for now. I can't quite concentrate enough to make any more currently.

You, my friend, have a lot of time on your hands.

How about English but with every vowel swapped for the next one
The pronunciation of each letter would be the same of course

So
a >>> e
e >>> i
i >>> o
o >>> u
u >>> a

Sounds like it would be awfully hard to speak
