Most likely T since it contains mild profanity, violence, and content that could upset the young ones.

I think 12+
It contains some scary content (ex. Chara), disguisting things (Snail Pie and facts) and mid-cartoon violence (Fights).

I would believe it to be rated T considering the content, possibly M. I don't see it being something 10+.

Undertale doesn't have an ESRB rating, however outside of some language, a couple scary scenes and maybe a little content parents should look out for, the Pacifist route isn't too bad. This might give you a better idea of what to look out for, though.

If it were rated it'd likely be E10+ for:
Fantasy Violence
Mild Language
Animated Blood
Use of Tobacco

Use of Tobacco

Profanity? Wat? I've played through the game like 20 times and not seen any?? Most likely T since it contains mild profanity, violence, and content that could upset the young ones.

Undyne's battle, and if you play certain ways (repeating Asgore's battle or something or other) Flowey will swear. It's nothing major.Profanity? Wat? I've played through the game like 20 times and not seen any?? Most likely T since it contains mild profanity, violence, and content that could upset the young ones.
And I guess Sans does in a genocide run.
By the way- A genocide run is not advised. If you really want to do it, do True Pacifist first.
