Actually, my cousin whose ID is aqibaslam123 is blocked and he is trying to tell the scratch team to unblock him. But there came no reply so I decided to help him and now please someone help him, I really want to help him and talk to him.

The Scratch Team should get to him soon. They just are pretty busy.

Make sure our reply isn't getting caught in your cousin's spam filters! That seems to happen a lot.

My IP was blocked once (Assuming my brothers used their accounts to go against the guidelines). This means that I was blocked too. Just check your folders and spam area, I had multiple replies I just hadn't looked through my folders. (my mum checked for me in the end)

Nope, I told him and he checked his spam folder and it wasn't there, no E-mail's from the ST.
It already took 3 or 4 weeks or months.

In order for your cousin to be unblocked again, he needs to prove that he is trustworthy and is willing to follow the Community Guidelines. If the Scratch Team can't trust him, they won't unblock him.

The Scratch Team receives a large number of messages everyday - they don't have time to respond to all of them.

Please don't bring private account issues into the forums - use the Contact Us link or have the blocked person use the Appeals form on the blocked account page.

As noted above - if the Scratch Team does not feel that the appeal is sincere or the person is not trustworthy, they may choose to not respond any further.
