i really need help

Go to the sound portion of the sprite or background you're in and click the little folder at the top, hover over it for a second and it should say something like “Upload a sound” click it and select the downloaded music file on your computer. It will probably be marked as a .mp3 or .wav if you want a song from Youtube or something your going to have to download it by right clicking on the video, clicking 'Copy video URL" and then go to a Youtube to mp3 or wav site. Converting it and then downloading it. Once here repeat the processes above. If you have anymore questions please ask me! And good luck!

when you say convert do you do that on your own if so how please please please tell me.
