Sorry for double-posting, but I just replayed the first 2 sections of Openbound, exploring all of the dialogue. I wish I could have gotten to Horuss, Rufio, etc. But my eyes and throat were tired after reading through all of Kankri's dialogue. Meulin was fun to read, though.

Sorry for double-posting, but I just replayed the first 2 sections of Openbound, exploring all of the dialogue. I wish I could have gotten to Horuss, Rufio, etc. But my eyes and throat were tired after reading through all of Kankri's dialogue. Meulin was fun to read, though.What's Openbound?

I see. But isn't it funny that Calliope is pretty much the internet in a nutshell? My patron troll, who is also my Zodiac troll, is Feferi. I ship Gamtav, and I hope to have a great time discussing Homestuck with you guys! I'm somewhere in Act 6 right now.hOI
It took me 2 weeks to read all of HS.

By the time I got to Act 7 it had been out for a couple of days already.
Then a few more months to reread it.
Then a few more months that I've been rerereading it.

I started in like February with a series on YouTube that did a reading of it. (It was the ColabHQ one, for those of you who are wondering) After the end of that, which was right before openbound, I actually started reading it. I was out of school that day because I was sick. (Also, I remember it being a tuesday) I couldn't talk very well, so of course I did the smart thing and read it aloud to myself in the character voices. (So many parentheses. This is where I found my Meulin voice.) Kankri's were especially hard. The only reason I read it aloud from the middle of the kitchen was because my mom was out of the house all day, so I was home alone. I pretty much spent the whole day sitting around reading Homestuck. After that, I just gradually read it until I finished it a few months ago. Aranea's cherub story was something I read aloud to myself, and I had to take a break to get a giant cup of water to drink while I read it because it strained my voice so much. Boom!
