This is the second edition of the Scratch Awards. The competition will be bigger so if you want to enter you have to qualify first. The winners of last year will get automatic qualification.

Last year we had 23 entries and all the projects were excellent! A big thank you to @bluejettywizzard707 and @Waterslidelover for helping out.

Curators and Managers

Anyone can curate, just ask!
Invite anyone to curate!
Only judges, organisers and helpers may manage.
Don't delete anybody without asking the managers first.

Qualification
____________
There will be 17 qualifying slots. Five will be filled by the winners from Scratch Awards 2016. So that means 12 projects here will qualify.
The 100 projects will be split up into 10 groups of 10. Each judge is assigned a group. Each judge decides the project in their group that qualifies. The remaining projects are entered into the wildcard.
All the judges will look at the projects that haven't qualified and pick 2 projects to qualify together.

The competition is starting earlier since it will be bigger,the actual qualifications will start next year.
