Should there be a Scratch Blocks mod now, or wait until it releases? What do you think of it?

Scratch 3.0 hasn't even been released yet. So you can't.

EDIT: Scratch Blocks != Scratch 3.0

Scratch Blocks is the library that lets you drag blocks around. (It doesn't play projects or have a costume or sound editor or anything) Scratch 3.0 is going to use it.
