Color Palettes
I'm just wondering how to use colors on a color palette in a project.

If you are talking about this color palette:

Click anywhere in the square to pick the color you want. On the right, you can see a slider. Drag it up or down to control how light or dark your color is.
If you are talking about a different color palette, can you be a bit more specific?

There are several different ways to put color palettes on a project. You could create a sprite, give it costumes for 16 different colors, then clone the sprite 16 times and give each clone a different costume.
You could use the pen and lay down 16 blocks of color.
You could use a backdrop with an image of the color palette on it and then use the x,y position of the mouse pointer to determine which color you selected.
And there are more. It's a problem that has more than one solution.

Thanks for the help! I figured it out - all I had to do was use the dropper tool.
