Well, people have already made working chat-rooms with lists, so it shouldn´t be a too big problem. And those chats would we deleted, right?

Cloud lists will come soon.

Cloud lists currently aren't implemented because the CV server is only configured to store booleans and integers. They will be available eventually, but this might still be a while as they need to write a whole storage algorithm for them.
