Snap! VS Scratch
Well Snap! And Scratch is kinda the same thing, but here's the details below:
Snap!
1. Has more blocks than Scratch
2. Has no comment section.
3. You make an account
4. You can use it on mobile and use some kinds of scrips to make it move by hand and keyboard.
5. Is more newer (I think)

Are you asking a question about Snap! or just advertising it? Because a) You don't need to advertise another coding site on Scratch, unless someone's asking about other programming languages, and b) This forum isn't for advertising anyway, even if this was directly related to Scratch.

Snap! (formerly BYOB) is a visual, drag-and-drop programming language. It is an extended reimplementation of Scratch (a project of the Lifelong Kindergarten Group at the MIT Media Lab) that allows you to Build Your Own Blocks. The website is saying that Scratch was made by MIT. Furthermore:
Snap! is presented by the University of California at Berkeley. It was developed by Jens Mönig at MioSoft Corporation (now at SAP), with design input and documentation by Brian Harvey at Berkeley, and contributions by students at Berkeley and elsewhere.

What does the new version haveHello there! This discussion ended a long time ago - nearly 9 months ago, in fact! If you have a question about Scratch, please make a new topic rather than ask multiple questions on one topic. Furthermore, as I said, this discussion ended a long time ago, so please don't bump up old topics.
Because this discussion is old and finished, and also to prevent more people posting on an old and finished discussion, I will ask a moderator to close the topic by reporting the first post and asking them to do so.
By the way, I can't answer your question, because I'm not quite sure what you mean - next time, when posting a question, please try and be more specific.

Have a nice day!
