I think that it should be possible to disable seeing NFE projects, but if you don't disable, a warning that you are seeing one.

Support although I would like to leave the NFE projects visible.
Whenever you have try to view an NFE project while NFE is disabled, it could show up an error page that's like the “Project not shared” page except it says:
“The project you're trying to access is marked ‘Not for Everyone’ which means it contains inappropriate content but still allowed to be on the site. Please turn on NFR projects to access this project.”
This suggestion could be used to check if a project is NFE, rather than looking at the Explore pages (new method!)

Hide…? I'd go with no for that one, because a project might be marked NFE for multiple reasons of which do not fall into the same category. So if somebody would want to hide projects with a little too much violence for most potential viewers, he would also not be able to see projects marked NFE because they are of a somewhat controversial topic (for example). The point of the marking is to prevent a project from getting on the front page.
Maybe a label or something, or a pop-up, would do well instead.

Support for this. Support for a warning, and a message to the project creator when it is marked NFE.

Support on this idea. Semi-support, more support for a warning that pops up (like the username block warning) telling the user that the project is marked NFE.

I'm not sure. It seems the Team doesn't want NFE to be a big deal. Most users won't know about it because of how obscure it is. I have a feeling they have their reasons to keep it that way. But I can't 100% grasp why that would be from a design perspective. Still, they probably have a good reason for it. They probably won't go with this idea, if it's true they wanna keep it obscure.

Semi-Support. Kinda like above. People could say: “You made a NFE project!!! Get off Scratch!!!!” I'm not sure. It seems the Team doesn't want NFE to be a big deal. It's a rating the ST gives semi-okay projects. I thought NFE wasn't allowed?
