Scratch should have a "E-mail a friend" feature.
On the Scratch website, under each project their is a “Share to” button. This button gives you options to embed the project in a webpage, or share via Facebook or Twitter. I think there should be an “E-mail a friend” button next to the share via Facebook and Twitter buttons, allowing you to send someone a project via e-mail right from the project page.

Scratch should have a "E-mail a friend" feature.
Not a bad idea. Just have it be link like this:
mailto:?body=Here%27s+a+link+to+a+Scratch+project+I+think+you+would+enjoy%3A<PROJECT URL>
