Scratch has been targeted by ad-bots before, but what about real people who advertise something? For instance, let's say a new account was made to gather donations for aid for the victims in the Philippines. To advertise, the person behind the account makes a project providing contact info and an explanation of his/her/their cause. So my questions are….
Can Scratch be used by real people to advertise outside products, charities, or other public firms? Is this a violation of keeping personal information a secret? Should accounts used for this manner be reported?

I think if any contact information is given, it should always be reported. However, if it's just a project about a product with no contact stuff, it's probably fine.

Thanks @turkey3 for the supporting reply, but can I please get some input from a moderator or Scratch Team member for their say on this?
