Scratcher Control Android app

hey i have used it before but suddenly it wont connect to my ip, some weird stuffs been happening. for instance i tried my private and public. then i got a network scanner but it wouldnt come up with either of my ip's. is this glitch or is something wrong with my computer or tablet?
