Are jumpscares allowed?

I was thinking about making a Five Nights in/at Scratch and I was wondering if Jumpscares were banned or allowed.

when green flag clicked
if <jumpscares = allowed> then

celebrate and make five nights at scratch

else
say [...] for (2) secs
    
end

Jump scares are definitely allowed, but it's probably best to give a heads up in the description

I'm pretty sure they are allowed,
Make sure to follow the Be Respectful rule, possibly put a disclaimer on the screen saying Warning: Jumpscares or something.

If I were you, don't add jumpscares. A lot of children use Scratch and they would be scared of the sudden jumpscares (who knows trauma is coming their way)

Use mild jumpscares. Do not make the characters charge into you, especially if it's animated. Just make an innocent image pop-up, such as cute Scratch Cat.

how exactly does that count as a spook-scare?

Generation 379: the first time you see this copy and paste it on top of your sig in the scratch forums and increase the generation by 1. Social experiment. I did not start this.

Anything that can potentially induce nightmares in young children will be removed from the Scratch website. The ST banned this after multiple schools blocked students from using Scratch, etc.
