okay so im using windows xp and when i pressed the save to local file button it saved it as a avg file and my computer will not open it so what i want to know is, is there a was to save vector pics? and i really want to save this because its my signature for the scratch forums and if i find out how to do this i might even start up a signature shop

Did you mean .svg file? That's what they save as in Scratch. Also, what type of program are you trying to open the file with? It must be a vector graphics editor.

yea it was svg sorry spelling error also i opened it with windows picture viewer for windows xp, but what im trying to do is save it as my signature

Signatures only read bitmap files, so you'll have to screenshot it, open it in a bitmap editor, crop it, and save it. Then you need to upload it to an image hosting website and place it in your signature by putting the url between [img] tags.

If you have GIMP installed, you can also convert the .svg file directly into bitmap by opening it with GIMP (should work with similar graphic editors too).
