How do I stop being a beginner and start being able to use cloud storage and stuffs like that? Is there any tasks that I need to complete?

You just need to be active and helpful

I know that part, but what do I actually have to do to be ‘active and helpful’? Is it just posting nice things on peoples projects, that kind of thing?

Create good projects, place constructive comments on people's projects, and be active on the forums.

Sometimes, you will see that when you comment on someone's projects, they respond quickly, like in a matter of minutes. That means that they are active, and if you are active, you will be promoted to a scratcher!!

Also, please use the Existing Thread.

There's a good discussion about it over here that you might find helpful.
