I have read the security guide and promise to do my best to keep everything on my site scratch-appropriate (and can you put those under the name of my main account?)
Cool project! But you are giving out email addresss and what looks like perhaps your full name - that's against the Community Guidelines (the portion about not sharing contact information). Please remove those items if you want to advertise the sites on Scratch.

Please follow the format given in the first post. You need to have read the Security Guide - and tell us that you have read it - and you need to promise to do your best to make sure that only material that is appropriate for all ages and follows the Scratch community guidelines appears on your site.

I have looked at the community guidelines and the guide to make a successful site!

Please follow the format given in the first post. You need to promise to do your best to make sure that only material that is appropriate for all ages and follows the Scratch community guidelines appears on your site. And unfortunately, you are requiring that people supply email addresses to register - that's against the Community Guidelines (the portion about not sharing contact information). Please remove that if you want to advertise the site on Scratch

I'm not sure what that site is? It looks like the credit page for Phosphorus rather than a full site? Please explain more.

I'm pretty sure you guys know about my website, it's for my Scratch converter and I've talked to ST members about it in the past, but somebody alerted me about this discussion. It is completely appropriate, but I do have a link to my email address. It's not a personal account, I made it specifically for the site. I only intend it for people who want to ask questions or send me projects to troubleshoot the converter. I never ask for people's accounts, it's just an option in case they want to email me. Is that OK?

The URL is http://sites.google.com/site/junebeetle23 but I may soon move to GitHub for my hosting. Then it would be http://junebeetle.github.io or http://junebeetle23.github.io.
Actually, any email communication should be avoided. Feel free to start a forum topic or make a studio or project for handling communication - those options are monitored and would be acceptable.

Not that I know of - email communication is not moderated and not permitted on Scratch - or places linked to from Scratch. Can you switch to a commenting system that doesn't require an email? Preferably one that lets you review any comments before they are displayed?

Sadly I could not find an alternative system that doesn't require email, so I instead removed the contact-me page. Hopefully it now meets the guidelines.
