(This isn't exactly related, but I've noticed that your forum thread is off-center on my monitor, and I think it's because you're using spacers to push everything into the middle. You should use the [center] tag instead - it automatically perfectly centers things on everybody's monitor.

There's no button for it in the post editor but you can just type it like this:

[center][big][b]Welcome To Camo-Ware![/b][/big]
[small]Currently Hiring[/small][/center]

and it will come out like this:

Welcome To Camo-Ware!
Currently Hiring

The first representative represents what a company stands for and how they work. Basically He/she does advertising and acts a secretary and keeps up with the company data.
