I think scratch should add a dislike button. Why haven't they?

First off, this should be in the “Suggestions” forum.
Second, no support. If a user receives many dislikes, they may think they're no good and leave.

New Scratchers don't have the most amazing-st projects ever, so some people may view them as ‘rubbish’ when they are just starting out.

I think scratch should add a dislike button. Why haven't they?I think the real question is: Why would they?

Technically, I think this IS a question about Scratch.
As in, “Why doesn't Scratch allow negative feedback on projects?”
Well, as others already said, it might discourage newbs and promote cyber-bullying.

A dislike or negative review may not mean much to us, but children do take them personally and it will hurt their feelings.Right, we would rather see Scratchers being encouraging and giving helpful, constructive feedback rather than “disliking” things.
