We are working on a key pad in Scratch and want to have the digit that is clicked on change to a different colour (costume) briefly for a couple of seconds then change back. Is there a way to do this? We are new to this and any help is appreciated! Thank you!

when [sprite1 v] clicked
switch to costume [costume2 v]
wait (3) secs
switch to costume [costume1 v]

Or, you can also do this if you just want to change the color:

when [sprite1 v] clicked
change [color v] effect by (50)
wait (3) secs
clear graphic effects
