When do you become all of them one i was a new scratcher 1 year past before i began a scratcher

Want to know what the ranks mean?
What the difference between a ‘New Scratcher’ and ‘Forum Moderator’ is?
Here you go!
New Scratchers:Scratchers:
- They have the 120 second rule; this means they have to wait 120 seconds (2 minutes) between posts.
- They have to wait 30 seconds between comments.
- They are the only rank that cannot use Cloud Data.
- They cannot post the same comment three times in a row.
- They can only edit posts after the initial page load.
- They can't post links to non-scratch sites.
- For more info, look here.
Post lots of comments and projects to get promoted to Scratcher!Scratch Wiki Editors:
- They have the 60 second rule; this means they have to wait 60 seconds (1 minute) between posts.
- They cannot post the same comment three times in a row.
- They can freely edit their own posts.
- They can close their own topics IF it has been up for more than 24 hours.
- They can use Cloud Data.
Retired Community Moderators:
- Have all the Scratcher's permissions
- Can edit the Scratch Wiki
Note: This rank does not exist in 2.0, so all RCMs are Scratchers. The RCMs are:

demosthenesCommunity Moderators:
- They have the 0 second rule.
- They also have all the stuff relating to being Scratchers, except the 60 second rule.
Scratch Team:

- They have the 0 second rule, which means no rule relating to the time between posts.
- They can access the Moderator forums.
If I have missed anything, please tell me!

Hey Leute!
Ich bin hier schon knapp eine Woche und bin immer noch “neuer Scratcher”. Könnt ihr mir nicht villeicht noch sagen, wie man zum scratcher gemacht werden kann?
Ich würde sehr gerne auch einmal Cloud- Variablen verwenden um bei meinen Spielen einen Highscore einstellen zu können.
Also freue mich auf nützliche Antwort oder noch mehr darauf Scratcher zu werden

I've been here less than a week and I'm still “new Scratcher”. Can you give me not villeicht say how to be made the scratcher?
I would love to once use cloud variables to be able to set a highscore in my games.

You can become a scratcher after a while because it gives you a link by your rank.

hOI! I'm temmie and this is my friend. New users can't post images, even if they're from within the Scratch site (e.g. project thumbnails).
…But seeing as how the last edit was from 2013, I doubt this tiny missed detail in the original post will be fixed.
