Warning: like every project I start, there is a chance that it may not be completed. I do apologise in advance if does become the case with this project.

What is Theme Park Tycoon?
It is an upcoming theme park building/ simulation game, with isometric graphics. You will build attractions to get guests into your park, where they will spend money on rides and shops you have built.

You will also need to place scenery to keep the guests happy! They will also have food and toilet needs. Make too many guests upset, and new ones will be less likely to appear at your park entrance. Less guests means less money!

What makes this game unique compared to other Scratch tycoon games is:

• It is isometric
  
• The map is scrollable. This means instead of having a fixed number of objects based on the screen size, you can have hundreds of objects off screen too, making the potential map sizes huge! Forget placing 10 rides, how about enough space for 625 rides (small map) or 2500 (maximum size)?!
  
• Agent based simulation with AI needs.
  
• You can place paths wherever you like! This is different to games that come with pre-set paths that the agents follow. For this to happen, each guest comes with…
  
• An advanced path-finding algorithm (even more advanced than Hideout Tycoon's system) so that your people can walk from any point on the map to any other part of the map following the paths you've laid out.
  
• Staff to manage as well as other expenses.
  
• A 3D (or “2.5D”) piece-based editor for water, road “car” and steal coaster track-rides!
  

Who is making it?
Borrego6165 was the creator of the popular game Hideout Tycoon! This was another agent based simulation, only it was a side-view game based in a small tower. The guests came with hunger and toilet needs, however, the new game comes with happiness desires and scenery.

Scenery
Let's start off with one of the most important aspects of theme park management: the decorations! Maybe not as important as rides, but they do make the park much prettier. Below is not the entire list of scenery, in fact it barely scratches the surface. However, it does show the sort of scenery that will be available. Comment below on what scenery you would like to see in the game!


External Scenery
Next is external scenery. These are going to go outside the park boundaries. And yes, you will need to build car parks and hotels as your theme park gets busier! Do comment below of anything you would like adding!


Rides
As it says below, this is only a small sample of the available rides and more will be added in the future! As usual, comment on rides you would like to see! Some of the rides are actually animated in game by the way, so look out for those.


Custom Track Rides
Unfortunately, it is unlikely I will accept requests below for any more track rides, as these take a long time to both draw AND code. However, please still do post below as who knows, I may add it! Also, you will not be able to see the carts go around the track, due to technical limitations of the engine.


Stalls
I have not started work on these yet, however ideas include:

• Bathroom (-toilet desperation)
  
• Balloon stall (+happiness)
  
• Burgers (++toilet desperation, -hunger)
  
• Fizzy Drinks (++toilet desperation, -thirst)
  
• Healthy restaurant (-hunger, -thirst, +happiness)
