Someone has stated that many of the Class B members are inactive and hardly completing orders. I find this true. I propose that we have our very first All-Call of the new year. The All-Call will go into effect if two other Board of Directors or at least 60% of all members who respond agree that it should be done. Responding to this matter with your own opinion is highly recommended, whether you are for or against the All-Call. You have twenty-four hours to respond, ending on Tuesday, at 15:00 Central Standard Time, or 21:00 Coordinated Universal Time.

At the end of this twenty-four hour period, if more than 60% of members, or if two other Board of Directors are in favor of the All-Call, then it will enter into effect IMMEDIATELY and every member of Tropical Waves has forty-eight hours to respond if they do not wish to be cut, with the risk present and increasing for every hour afterwards (please give me a good excuse for your late reply), until five days (120 hours) later. After five days, you will be cut regardless of your excuse. This is how the All-Call will run, should it be entered in effect.

Again, please respond within twenty-four hours. Should we have the All-Call? Please respond yes or no. So. With a couple of clarifications, I'll go with it.

#1. All members who are cut should be free to reapply if they desire. (Vacations happen, and in the hurry of things…Scratch becomes less than top priority. Among other reasons.)

#2. This really goes for ALL members. BoD, - Everyone.

As a non-BoD member I support this Idea, and I suggest we have these regularly until we are purely active members.

What about Ty? I am going to contact him to see if he supports this. If he doesn't, this is over.

The reason for two is…well, I think it would show favoritism…if this truly is an ALL call….
