I want to make a simple platformer minigame to use in a larger game, and I want to know how to make that kind of script.I am new to scratch so I need something very simple, yet amusing.

when green flag clicked
play sound [Oink]

I would take a look at other platformers. (search “platformers” or “simple platformers” in scratch) Click see inside and take a look at their platforming script.
Also many users make platforming engines for others to use. (search for “simple platforming engine” or something) If you can't find one I know a very good one that is commented on so it explains how it works. See it here!
You can even just drag it to your backpack.
Alternatively you can try out griffpatch's tutorial.

I'd suggest checking out ShadowScizor. He's made 3 very good
platformer scripts you can adjust to your needs.
