I already know that there is a “quote” option. I'll just get that out of the way.
Anyway, perhaps there should be a reply option on forums? That way, we hit reply and reply to a post, where it could hide until you hit a “replies” drop down menu. That way, we could respond to a post more directly, and make it more obvious that we are responding.
*Note: It will send a notification to the person that you reply to.

But quoting isn't always used to reply, and you don't get notified when someone quotes you. I'm suggesting a way to get notified when someone replies to you.
